A former Bowling Green Police officer is faced a re-hearing in Bowling Green’s City Hall on May 10, 2007.
You may remember when Brad Fulks was accused of charges including allowing under-age drinking in his apartment, using a police department breath-alyzer in his apartment, disobeying a direct order from a supervisor and acts bordering on stalking.
In light of those charges, Fulks lost his job with the police department and now Fulks’ attorney is asking the city to give his job back.
WBKO’s Ryan Dearbone was on location at City Hall and joined us via telephone with the latest. Click on the video player above to hear Ryan’s live report.
