A jury trial is set for five people arrested in connection with a standoff at the Grayson County Justice Center.
Richard Dugan of Clarkson, Ky., is believed to have been the leader of a religious group called The Levita Township. Dugan shot himself while inside a car parked across from the judicial building. Five of his supporters, who shielded him from police, were arrested after the incident and charged with disorderly conduct, hindering apprehension and resisting arrest.
At a pre-trial conference on May 10, 2007, a judge refused to lower bond and four of the five remain jailed on a $1,000 bond.
A jury trial is set for June 15 in Grayson District Court.
