A Goodwill industries worker in South Carolina will get to keep $5,000 she found in a pair of donated pajama pants earlier this month.
You may remember when we told you about Kelli Owens. Owens had taken the cash straight to her supervisor after finding it, but Goodwill officials couldn't track down the owner. So, they decided to allow Owens to keep the money after interviewing more than 30 people about it.
Goodwill said the money is being invested in a scholarship fund. Owens plans go to Greenville Technical College to pursue a career in law enforcement.
