NC Man Charged with Murder in Kentucky
A North Carolina man faces murder charges in Kentucky, resulting from his actions following a fatal crash last April.

A North Carolina man faces murder charges in Kentucky, resulting from his actions following a fatal crash last April.
On Thursday, troopers from Kentucky State Police Post 2 transported 41-year-old Martin Henriquez of Wilmington, NC from a prison in Tennessee to the Christian County Detention Center.
Henriquez was charged with murder, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to render aid at a fatal crash on Interstate 24 on April 28, 2009.
He was previously lodged in Tennessee on charges he received there following the crash.
Henriquez is being held on a $100,000 dollar bond.
