A Bowling Green man faces a 10-year sentence after pleading guilty to charges.
Kenny Nealy pleaded guilty to a total of nine charges on June 11, 2007, in Warren Circuit Court. Nealy was charged with failing to make required disposition of property valued over $300, in excess of $100,000.
Nealy, the owner of Investors Realty & Management Company Inc., faced much stiffer penalties but cooperated with the county attorney’s office to lessen his sentence.
As part of Nealy’s plea agreement the county attorney will recommend probation after one year in the Warren County Jail.
Nealy will remain on probation until he has paid full restitution.
His formal sentencing is set for August 20.
