We have new information on the incident that injured two people at The Quality Inn in Cave City, Ky., on June 8, 2007.
Around 6 p.m. on June 8, a 911 call was placed to police about a reported electrical malfunction injuring two people at The Quality Inn in Cave City.
Both people were initially taken to T.J. Samson Hospital.
The identities of both people have not been released, but according to an attorney representing the victims, the girl who was flown to Kosair Children’s Hospital after being hurt in a hotel pool, is in good condition five days later. However, the man who was taken by Air E-Vac to U of L Hospital remains in critical condition.
The State Fire Marshal’s Office is draining the pool at The Quality Inn as the investigation continues.
