Second Butler Fugitive Caught

People in Butler County can breathe a sigh of relief knowing two jail escapees are now back behind bars. After running from the police for nearly six months, an Indiana fugitive was finally caught.

Friday morning the Butler County Sheriff's Department arrested Roger Delucineay. Roger and his brother, David, escaped from the Elkhart County Jail in Indiana last November.

Friday morning Police say Roger was walking along Highway 106 in Quality when someone driving by recognized him and called the police. He was held at gunpoint by the constable until the Sheriff's Department arrived.

The two brothers are now being lodged at the Butler County Jail and have not waived their extradition back to Indiana.
