It's the age-old New Year's resolution to lose weight, and one local fitness and health facility sees new members the first of every year.
Total Fitness Connection ran a special on new memberships on New Year's Day.
They say it was a big hit with many people telling them their New Year's resolution is to get fit, lose weight, and be healthier.
Their numbers went up with nearly fifty new memberships between their two Bowling Green locations.
"We ran it for the fact that they could save some money, and we knew that people would be wanting to make New Year's resolutions," said Trey Turner, Membership Specialist. "At the same time, getting healthy, while saving a few extra dollars, too."
Remember to set reachable goals, and always try again if any setbacks occur instead of giving up on your New Year's resolutions.
