A string of mailbox vandalism may soon be over after investigating the case for two months.
The Warren County Sheriff's Department arrested a 17-year-old boy earlier this week and hope to arrest another. Police say for the past two months about 60 some mailboxes have been destroyed in the Pondsville area of Warren County. They say several tips called into Crime Stoppers led them to a teenage boy who confessed to the crime.
Based on the confession police hope to arrest another teen Thursday morning. Neighbors say after replacing several mailboxes they hope this is the last of the vandalism.
