An Arkansas truck driver is sentenced to prison in Warren Circuit Court for reckless homicide in the death of a six-year-old girl.
On January 15th, 2006, 59-year-old Frank Johnson of West Memphis, Arkansas was at the wheel of a tractor-trailer when it slammed into a Ford Explorer parked on the shoulder at the 18-mile marker of Northbound I-65.
The crash killed three-year-old Tysiana Holder of Bowling Green.
Laura Holder and Damion Cone were injured in the wreck.
On Friday, Johnson was sentenced to five years in prison for reckless homicide and six years for first degree assault.
The sentences are to be run concurrently for a total of six years.
