We're learning more about the utter devastation across Haiti with each passing day but some folks with ties to the battered region are still waiting for a response.
David Penrod is the pastor at Bowling Green's Bible Center Church.
He oversees three churches in Haiti that work with nearly 400 children there.
Three days after the earthquake Pastor Penrod knows that one of his churches has been terribly damaged but the fate of the other two, one of which is in the downtown area right next to the quake's epicenter, remains unknown.
Pastor Penrod says his church is now trying to collect monetary donations as quickly as possible so he can send a delegate to Haiti to assess the damage and begin relief and repairs.
To help, you can call the Bible Center Assembly at 781- 2768.
