The trial of the Glasgow woman accused of murdering her husband, begins on June 26, 2007.
Amy Nunn is charged with the death of her husband, Joseph Nunn on January 2, 2007.
Nunn said she fell asleep while putting their young sons to bed and awoke to the sound of burglars in their home.
Nunn claims the burglars hit her in the head with a sharp object and ran out the back door. Her husband was later found shot to death in his bed.
Officers said there was no sign of forced entry.
Nunn was arrested on March 2, and charged with capitol murder and tampering with physical evidence.
