Check your couch, your car and your pockets. If you have any loose change lying around area schools will be collecting it!

Buckets of Hope an annual Family Enrichment Center fundraiser will be kicking off next Monday in Bowling Green and Warren County schools.

Just by tossing loose change into the buckets provided children will be helping the Family Enrichment Center empower families and prevent child abuse in the Barren River region.

"This is about kids helping kids, the recent numbers have shown that child abuse has gone up, and kids want to help so this gives them a chance to collect change to help the Family Enrichment Center and our services to prevent child abuse."

The 13 area schools participating will be competing for a many prizes.
