They save lives everyday, but rarely get acknowledged. When tragedy strikes they’re the first on the scene.
Emergency services across the area have been credited with doing an “outstanding” job after the I-65 bus accident earlier this week and in this week’s Hometown Hero we honor all area emergency personnel that assisted on that tragic morning.
Many of the same emergency responders from the I-65 bus crash helped battle a fire in Woodburn later that afternoon, making for a very long day.
