A coroner said the body found in a garbage truck over the weekend is that of a missing 4-year-old boy. Jefferson County Coroner Ron Holmes said that Cezar "Ivan" Aguilar-Cano was the victim of a homicide.
Aguilar-Cano was last seen June 29, 2007, playing outside his family's apartment building near Churchill Downs. His body was found on July 7, in the same neighborhood where he went missing. Trash workers discovered the body in the truck one block from Churchill Downs.
Police and volunteers had searched the neighborhood since the boy's disappearance. Police say no arrest has been made.

Police Chief Robert White said the body's identity won't be known until an autopsy is completed.
The body was found in a bag in the rear of a trash truck early on July 7, 2007, not far from the home of four-year-old Cesar "Ivan" Anguilar-Cano.
The boy was last seen on June 29, 2007, and has been the subject of a massive manhunt.
Police and volunteers have conducted daily searches of the neighborhood since the boy's disappearance. The boy's family has offered $5000 for his safe return.
Police say the search for the boy remains active.
