Indictment warrants were served on a Logan County man, July 8, 2007 .

Thirty-four-year-old Marion D. Yarbrough of Russellville received warrants for ten counts of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, six counts of third-degree rape and four counts of third-degree sodomy. He's also charged with being a persistent felony offender.

Yarbrough is accused of using the Internet to lure a 15-year-old girl from Miami, Fla. to our area in early May 2007. She says he sent her a bus ticket to Nashville, then brought her to Bowling Green and raped her. Yarbrough continues to be lodged in the Warren County Jail.
