Transportation Cabinet Information Officer, Keirsten Jaggers says with a mix of snow and rain expected overnight Monday, you need to be aware of the possibility of "black ice."

"If you're traveling tomorrow morning or late this evening," said Jaggers, "be sure you pay a little closer attention to the roadway. And watch your overpasses and bridges, because they're going to freeze first."

Snow is expected in Bowling Green overnight. WBKO-TV Meteorologist Shane Holinde, says that could change to rain and back to snow, making the roads much more dangerous. So you'll need to be much more cautious and aware of your surroundings.
