This week's Thrifty Tuesday is especially helpful to those who want to learn or freshen up their computer skills.
Through the month of February the Warren County Public Library is offering free computer classes.
Some of the lessons are job hunting, email basics, Microsoft Excel for intermediate users, and Microsoft Word for beginners.
That's just a sample of the more than 10 classes being offered this month.
