A Bowling Green grandmother is sentenced for two counts of assault after shooting at her granddaughter's estranged husband and his mother .
Lois Jean Hudson was in Warren Circuit Court today, July 11, 2007, where she received a sentence of ten years, for one count of first-degree and one count of second-degree assault, "under extreme emotional disturbance."
Hudson had fired two shots into Adam Paul Baack's chest when he arrived to pick up his three-year-old son on Apache Dr. on Oct. 19, 2005.
She also shot at Baack's mother, Deborah, sitting in the car. Both recovered from their injuries.
