A Bowling Green man is indicted on a firearms charge .
A federal grand jury indicted 48-year-old, Lloyd Skillern, for possessing firearms while subject to a domestic violence or restraining order. The indictment charges that Skillern possessed 21 firearms at his residence while under an active domestic violence order.
Skillern faces ten years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release, if convicted. Skillern is currently lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
He also faces charges of kidnapping, tampering with physical evidence and second-degree trafficking of a controlled substance.
