A man wanted in Muhlenberg County has turned himself in at the Canadian border .
Meldrum Greg Harvey was wanted by the FBI for flight to avoid confinement. These charges came after he failed to appear at Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
He was previously convicted of first degree rape and first-degree sodomy with a minor under the age of 12. The case went on the Kentucky Supreme Court where it was affirmed.
His federal charges may be dropped upon his return to Kentucky.
