Officials found tractors, trailers, construction equipment, and an undisclosed amount of cash at 976 Rooks Denton Road in Adair County Thursday, February 25.

Stephen Rooks, 45, of Russell Springs, is being charged with receiving stolen property over $10,000 and seven counts of felony obscuring the identity of a machine.

Troopers say the stolen property was being shipped into Kentucky from Tennessee.

Eight law enforcement agencies took part in this effort.

The investigation continues, and more charges are pending.
