The families of the victims who died in the 2006 Comair plane crash haven't spoken much publicly, but that may soon change .
Community leaders hosted the first of many discussions on July 17, 2007, about how and where to memorialize those who were killed.
The group looking at memorial plans includes representatives from government and charity organizations, but so far no family members.
Some relatives say a site close to the airport would be a regular reminder of the tragedy.
