Kentucky ranks 25th in the nation for teenage pregnancy--that's according to the Kentucky Teen Pregnancy Coalition.
Here in Bowling Green, the Barren River Health District is making sure teens will have a bright future through educating them about some taboo topics.
Some students at Moss Middle School learned not just about sexual abstinence, but staying away from drugs, and setting goals.
"It's not just talking about sexual abstinence," said Kim Flora, with the Barren River District Health Department, "it's talking about abstinence from drug use, and bad decisions that will make it hard to accomplish goals in life, like getting a good job, making a lot of money."
Students were only able to participate with parent's consent.
