An attorney says the 11-year-old Louisville boy shot with a BB gun died because the BB pierced his heart.

An attorney says the 11-year-old Louisville boy shot with a BB gun died because the BB pierced his heart.
The boy was shot on Sunday by his 16-year-old relative.
Police say the boys thought they were playing with empty air guns when the older boy fired at the 11-year-old.
The family's attorney says the BB penetrated between the younger boy's ribs and entered his right ventricle and artery.
