A Lexington teenager is dead after police say he was driving more than 100-MPH when he crashed .
And police say the victim wasn't even old enough to legally drive.
Fourteen-year-old Larry Chowning III crashed into a fence near the Fayette-Bourbon County line just before 9 p.m. last night, then struck a second fence before stopping.
There were four other teens in the car at the time, but they escaped with minor injuries.
Police say Chowning was killed instantly.
