Leighton Scott has lived on Barren River Road all his life. He says when he left Warren County to serve in the army he knew he would come back.
In fact Scott lives down the street from the second highest point in Warren County. On a clear day you can see David Garvin's thoroughbred horse ranch, the Corvette Museum, and Western's Pierce Ford Tower.
All eight of his children live within walking distance. He lives on Barren River and loves to fly fish.
Neighbors in the area say many tourists will ride bikes through the countryside and stop along the side of the road to look at the view of Bowling Green.
