The family members of a four-year-old boy who was found dead in Louisville will be allowed to return to the U.S. after burying the child in Guatemala .
The family's lawyer says the boy's mother, Rosalina Cano, and her boyfriend will be granted significant-public-benefit parole by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The Courier-Journal reports on its web site that the government will allow the pair to travel to Guatemala on Aug. 10 to bury Cesar Ivan Aguilar-Cano.
Ivan disappeared June 29 while playing behind his apartment building near Churchill Downs.
His body was found July 7. No arrests have been made in the case.
