The dry weather is forcing yet another "Burn Ban" in South-Central Kentucky.
On Aug. 8, Warren County outlawed all outdoor burning.
Judge-Executive Mike Buchanon issued the new order, prohibiting the burning of any material outdoors.
The combination of dry conditions and a "Water Shortage Alert" prompted Buchanon to issue the ban.
He said it will remain in place until the county receives sufficient rainfall to end the current dry conditions.
On Aug. 7, Muhlenberg County Judge-Executive Rick Newman ordered a total ban on open outdoor burning.
That ban will also stay in effect until further notice.
