Bank robbery charges against a Tompkinsville man have been dropped and he’s out of jail.
Thirty-nine-year-old Rodney Graves of Tompkinsville was arrested the night of Aug. 15, 2007, and charged with first degree robbery. He was believed to be the man who walked into the Glasgow Branch of U.S. Bank on Wall Street on August 10.
As of August 17, the charges against Graves were dismissed. Police say another bank robbery occurred on August 15, after Graves was in jail and it’s evident that it’s the same person who robbed the Glasgow bank. The other bank robbery occurred in Paducah.
The search is on for the suspect.
