A Bowling Green man is sentenced for posessing crack cocaine with the intent to distribute.
Twenty-five-year-old Brandon Marcel Carter was sentenced in district court to three years and 10 months in prison and three years supervised release.
On Aug. 2, 2005, police stopped Carter’s car for a cracked windshield. The officer ran Carter’s driver’s license and found out he had an outstanding warrant. Carter was arrested. Police found a pistol, money and crack cocaine in his possesion.
