Evangelist Billy Graham was admitted to a North Carolina hospital on Aug. 18.
Officials at Mission Health and Hospitals in Asheville said the 88-year-old was admitted for evaluation and treatment of an intestinal bleed.
He's described as alert and resting comfortably.
Graham's doctors say the illness does not appear to be life-threatening.
The beloved evangelist suffers from a variety of ailments including Parkinson's Disease and age-related eye problems.
His wife, Ruth, died in June.
