Lawmakers are making their way to Frankfort on Aug. 20, 2007, to reconvene for a special session at 4 p.m.
On the agenda the General Assembly will consider an energy bill aimed at bringing a high-tech coal gasification plant to Kentucky.
The order comes after weeks of negotations on a proposal aimed at convincing Peabody Energy to build the massive plant in the state.
The dollar value of a proposed incentives package would be substantial. However, lawmakers say they are not certain of the actual amount.
