A Franklin woman charged with murdering her husband is denied the motion to amend her current bail.
58-year-old Deloise Lockhart Partinger is accused of shooting and killing her husband, 48-year-old Robert "Spanky" Partinger, March 17.
Back in April, Partinger pleaded not guilty at her arraignment.
She is jailed on a $250,000 cash bond in Simpson County Jail.
Simpson County Coroner Gary Crafton said Mr. Partinger was shot once in the face with a .357 Magnum at his home at 607 Brevard St.
Deloise Partinger is scheduled to appear in court for a "plea review" October 29.
Her pretrial hearing is set for Nov. 5.
