President Obama spoke today about the nation's new health care bill.
He touted the benefits of the new Affordable Care Act today after a meeting with health insurance executives.
The President is warning insurers not to use health care reform as an excuse to raise rates.
He says the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and the Treasury issued new regulations today to protect consumers.
Today marks 90 days since the health care bill was signed into law.
