Missing Girl's Case Handed to Prosecutor's Office

It's the latest on the disappearance of four-year-old Madeleine McCann.

As you may remember, she vanished four-months ago during a family vacation in Portugal.

Last week, police questioned parents Kate and Gerry, and on Sept. 10, Portuguese police handed over the Madeleine McCann case to the prosecutor's office.

The McCann's will have five days to present themselves to police in Portugal.

The McCann's have vehemently denied any involvement in their daughter's disappearance.

There are now three suspects in the case, but no one has been officially charged with any crime.
