It's butts out for a Bowling Green smoking ban.
The Bowling Green City Commission held a second hearing on the ordinance on Sept. 18.
It was rejected three-to-two.
Brian "Slim" Nash and Mayor Elaine Walker were the only "yes" votes.
The city commission did decide unanimously to drop the city's property tax.
It will drop this year from 25.5-cents per $100 assessed property value to 24.9-cents per $100 value.
In the work session, commissioners also discussed preliminary designs for Old Morgantown Rd.
