Kentucky teachers are upset with healthcare cuts with talks swirling of a rally or strike. Recently teachers started to enroll in a new health plan that was proposed by Governor Fletcher. Under the new plan, teachers will pay hundreds of dollars more in out-of-pocket expenses. The Kentucky Education Association will not meet until September. That's when they will decide whether to organize a rally or strike.
