Ohio County Woman Arrested
Police say Tracy Carter embezzled funds form Rockport.

Police arrested an Ohio County woman on charges she embezzled funds from the city of Rockport over a two year period.
Carter was nabbed by police in Mississippi last week before she was extradited to Kentucky.
Suspicion arose in October of last year, when Ohio County made a complaint to the Kentucky State Police, over missing funds.
After an investigation was launched, it was revealed that Carter a city treasurer at the time, was embezzling funds
She is now logged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
