The man who escaped from the Adair County Regional Jail has been captured by Lexington police.
Officers spotted 24-year-old Antonio Howard at a convenience store early Monday as they investigated a stolen car.
Police say howard took off on foot, but officers caught up with him about a block away.
Howard was serving a 5 year drug sentence when he walked away from the minimum security jail in Adair County in August.
In addition to escape, he's now charged with fleeing and evading, receiving stolen property, and terroristic threatening.
