Allen County Toddler Death, Two Indicted

After nearly a year, a grand jury indicts two adults in connection with an Allen County toddler's death.

On Friday, June 29th, 22-year-old Julie Green of Scottsville was indicted by the Allen County Grand Jury and charged with criminal abuse.

26-year-old Timothy Steen also of Scottsville was indicted and charged with manslaughter in connection with the child's death.

On July 1st, 2011, the toddler was transported to a Nashville hospital after the child was found unresponsive.

The two year old died a day later.
