WARREN COUNTY, Ky (WBKO) -- The Warren County Sheriff's Office has made two arrests in an animal cruelty case in Oakland.
Last week, 13 animals were taken from a home on Upper Iron Bridge Road.
Police say the animals had no food, water, or shelter.
This morning, Stephen and Amber Decker, both from Bowling Green, were charged with cruelty to animals.
Stephen was arrested at a family member's home. Amber was served a warrant at the Barren County Jail, where is being held on unrelated charges.
