Armed Robbery Suspects Arrested in Franklin

Two suspects have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery in Franklin.

The Simpson County Sheriff's Office says two males entered an apartment on Clark Street Friday morning.

Deputies say 37 year old Kenneth Rosa and 20 year old Dimitri Damarcus Bell were armed with handguns and tied four residents up.

One of the tied up residents was able to break free, and chased the suspects on foot.

A short time later deputies say the suspects were arrested and found cash and a cell phone taken from the residence.

Each are charged with robbery in the 1st degree and unlawful imprisonment.

Additional charges are pending.
