Bowling Green police say the forger will call a pharmacy pretending to be a doctor and order a prescription for a patient. Then someone else picks up the prescription and delivers it to the forger.

A pharmacist caught on to the possible scam after receiving several suspicious phone calls with the same voice. Police confirmed the doctor whose name was on the prescription did not write it.

Last Friday another forged prescription was called in. Employees pretended to fill the prescription And told the suspect to pick it up any time.

When the suspect was in the drive-through the pharmacist called police. They pulled him over after he left the pharmacy, and found numerous prescription receipts.

Police are still looking for the other suspects.
