A Barren County financial adviser is charged with embezzling nearly two and a half million dollars from his clients.
Jonathan Neal Leber, 36, of Glasgow was indicted by a federal grand jury after he took money from clients of intrepid financial strategies.
They say he never invested it as promised.
He allegedly promised to invest money in stocks, bonds, and annuities, but instead kept the money for himself.
It is believed he used this money to open and operate the Cedar Ridge Shooting Ride Academy.
He was previously indicted in Bullitt County on three felony counts of forgery.
If convicted, Leber faces up to 20 years in prison.
