Brandon Bradshaw died in March after he was shot in a case of road rage.
More than a month after the shooting, the grand jury did not indict the shooter, Tommy Brown, citing self-defense.
Bradshaw left three young children behind, so Kentucky Music and Wha-Bah are holding a benefit concert to help them.
"We feel very blessed by the community of Bowling Green have really stepped up and donated diapers and everyone who has donated money to the PNC Bank has truly blessed us through this long road," said Heidi Bradshaw, Brandon's widow.
All of the money raised will go into a college scholarship fund for the Bradshaw children.
The benefit concert will be on May 25th from 4:00pm to 11:00pm at Wha-Bah Steakhouse. There will also be a silent auction and donations will be accepted.
