Body Pulled From River in Pulaski County

The body of a teenage boy has been pulled from the Rockcastle River in Pulaski County.

The coroner says 16-year-old Jesse Pratt of Mount Victory drowned.

Pratt was swimming Sunday with two friends at Bee Rock.

Witnesses say he jumped into the river, went under water, and never came back up.

The coroner says Pratt was under water for 30-minutes before his body was found.

The state Medical Examiner's Office in Frankfort is doing an autopsy.
