Bomb Threat Leads To Evacuations In Jamestown

JAMESTOWN Ky. (WBKO) -- Kentucky State Police said just after 11 A.M. a bomb threat was called into the Russell County Judge/Executive's Office.

Police said a call was made to the Judge/Executive's Office stating a bomb had been placed in the courthouse. The call didn't specify which courthouse, so authorities decided to clear the County Courthouse and the Justice Center.

Police said the buildings are each being checked up and down for any signs of an explosive.
