BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- Some area businesses took a break from their busy schedules Monday afternoon to hit the links!
The Bowling Green Area Chamber Of Commerce held its 2014 Golf Challenge at Indian Hills Country Club. Though it may have been a day to enjoy the sport and some nice weather, it was also a business opportunity.
"They kind of know what their handicaps are and what they're up against. It's really just to have a good time and hang out with professional friends. Hopefully get some business as a result of just having a good time," said Tamara Vogler.
Many teams were made up of partners of the Chamber of Commerce and said Monday's event was a good way to show appreciation for that partnership.
