BOWLING GREEN, Ky (WBKO) -- A Bowling Green man has pleaded guilty to possessing child porn.
Sergio Medina, 56, entered the plea in Warren Circuit Court to 11 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
He was charged after an undercover investigation by Attorney General Jack Conway's Cybercrimes Unit.
In August 2013, A computer with child porn pictures on it was taken from Medina's home.
Commonwealth's Attorney Chris Cohron has recommended a six-year prison sentence, plus Medina will have to register as a sex offender for 20 years.
He will be sentenced July 29th.
